We are looking for Technical Support Analysts who are detail-oriented and highly skilled in troubleshooting computer hardware and software. Technical Support Analysts at Expoint ensure the smooth and effective operation of our customers’ IT systems. You’ll serve as a bridge between our clients and our technical team to provide support and troubleshoot technical issues. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, researching, and coordinating technical solutions to best meet our customers’ IT needs. In this role, you’ll be interacting directly with customers as well as internal stakeholders. Strong communication, collaboration and customer service skills are essential for success. You will proactively seek out the best solutions to difficult customer concerns and use problem-solving techniques to come up with said solutions. In addition to troubleshooting, you’ll help prepare customer reports, deploy new systems, and maintain existing hardware. This includes managing workstations, networks, network routers, firewalls, and other related equipment. Training customer personnel will also be part of your daily job routine. We're looking for tech-savvy individuals who have a passion for helping others to join our team.
